Good morning everyone! I guess I should start by telling you that I just became a Stampin' Up! demonstrator on October 1st. I'm very excited about it. I have been stamping for 3 years and it has brought so much to my life. I have made so many friends and I really enjoy making cards and other fun projects with Stampin' Up products.
I have done several crafts throughout my life. I started out making fabric photo albums, then I did counted cross stitch (I really loved the finished work, but once spent 9 months on one piece), then I actually talked my husband into taking a ceramics class with me. We had a blast, but that didn't last either. Then one day a friend sent me a handstamped card. I loved it. The thing that intrigued me the most was the embossing. I loved the look of the raised shiny black outlines. I asked her how she did it and she told me how to find the supplies I needed. I then went on-line and found my demo. That was all she wrote! I contacted her right away and bought my first set , "Trick or Treat". I've been hooked ever since.
I was originally planning to join the Stampin' Up! family after the holidays. I'm going to be in my sister-in-laws wedding in less than two weeks and then before we know it, the holidays will be here. After seeing "My Digital Studio", I just couldn't hold off any longer. If there is anything I can do to help you, please contact me.
Now, I would like to show you how I've been spending most of my time in the last couple months. I made 80 wedding invitations and 150 favors. Even though it took a lot of time, it was fun for me doing something I really enjoy.
