Sail Away Sneak Peak

Hello & Happy Friday!

It's such a beautiful day here in Maryland. We've had some very nasty weather here the last couple days. We were under a Tornado Watch Wednesday night through Thursday afternoon. When my kids got off the bus yesterday, my oldest son told me that they had a tornado warning while in school. They came over the loud speaker, telling them to evacuate the class. They had to go into the hall and sit on the floor facing the lockers, with their heads down and their arms covering their heads. We had some wicked weather here, too. I could hear things slamming around outside. I looked out the window and could barely see the house next door. Pretty scary stuff! I really feel for those who live in Tornado Alley and who have lost loved ones to the storms.

Today I would like to share a card using new products that will be available May 1st in the Summer Mini. I made this card for a demo event this coming Saturday. I love this image and the new Designer Series Paper is just gorgeous!

I'm sorry I've fallen off of the radar yet again. There has been so much going on between family birthdays, getting tax papers together and filed, re-organizing and doing Spring cleaning.

8. I married my high school sweetheart the year after graduation.
7. My favorite cartoon character is Snoopy
6. My parents and I have birthdays 3 days in a row! (March 22, 23, 24th!)
5. I love reality TV. My favorite shows are Deadliest Catch & Whale Wars.
4. I have done crafts all of my life. I started with Fabric photo albums, then counted cross stitch, ceramics and then found my favorite craft ever in 2006 and I plan to stamp the rest of my life:)
3: I love Italian food...grew up on grandma's homemade Spaghetti sauce and I miss her and the sauce terribly:(
2: I love heavy metal music, but am starting to find that I like other music that I didn't like at the time I was growing up, like Journey, etc. Am I mellowing out??? LOL!
1. I'm looking forward to attending my first Stampin' Up! Convention this coming July (and I hope to see you there!)
