Serene Silhouettes Thank You

Hello Stamp Friends!

I'm back today with a Thank You card. I believe this is the first card I made using products from the new catalog. This was my favorite set in the catalog. I just love this image!

I started by choosing the DSP I wanted to use and then went with those colors. I'm not good with color coordination, so that's the way I start most of my cards. I used markers to stamp my image and sentiment. I knew I wanted ribbon on my card, but I didn't have any Rose Red, so I decided to try the Primrose Petals 3/8" Stitched Satin ribbon and it matched pretty well. I laid everything down the way I wanted it, but the Tangerine Tango layer needed something, so I picked the new Fancy Fan Embossing Folder and I love the way it turned out. I finished it off with a few Basic Rhinestones. What do you think?

Supplies Used-

Stamps: Serene Silhouettes & Blooming with Kindness
Paper: Rose Red, Tangerine Tango, Whisper White & Floral District DSP
Ink: Markers: Rose Red & Tangerine Tango
Other: Big Shot & Fancy Fan Textured Impressions Embossing Folder, Punches (1- 3/8” & 1 ¼” Circle punches, Primrose Petals 3/8” Stitched Satin Ribbon, Basic Rhinestones & Stampin’ Dimensionals©

I have a couple more cards that I'd like to share before sharing holiday creations. Please come back tomorrow for a Birthday card that I made using the Floral Frames Framelits and Daydream Medallions stamp set.

Thanks for coming by and have a great day!
